Common questions
What file formats are available?
Sellers choose which formats to include in their ZIP. Each listing clearly shows the available formats (DST, PES, JEF, EXP, VP3, HUS, XXX, TBF). Filter by format on the search page to find designs for your machine.
Can I use designs for commercial embroidery?
Yes. Every design purchased on Embgig includes a commercial-use licence. You can stitch the design onto products and sell those products without paying any additional licence fee.
What if a design doesn't work on my machine?
Contact our support team and we will work with you and the seller to resolve the issue. Because every design is reviewed before listing, technical problems are rare.
How do sellers get paid?
Sellers receive 85% of every sale into their Embgig wallet. They can request a withdrawal to their bank account or mobile money wallet at any time (minimum $50 USD equivalent).
How long does seller approval take?
We aim to review all seller applications within 2–3 business days. You will receive a notification once your application is approved or if we need more information.
