Got a logo, some initials or a design you drew yourself? Send it over and one of our digitizers will turn it into a file your embroidery machine can stitch.

How it works

  1. 01Upload your artwork

    A PNG, JPEG, WebP or PDF, up to 10MB. Only the digitizer who takes your job gets to see it.

  2. 02Tell us what you need

    Choose the category that fits your artwork, give the size in inches and tick the file formats your machine reads. DST is always included.

  3. 03See the price and pay

    The category sets the price, not the size. You'll see it with our service fee added before you pay, and nothing is added after.

  4. 04A digitizer takes the job

    Once it's paid, your request goes on a board our approved digitizers work from. Whoever claims it has 72 hours to deliver. If they run out of time, it goes back on the board for someone else.

  5. 05Download your design

    We'll email you when it's done. The file is waiting in your downloads, next to everything else you own.

Good to know

What it costs

Prices start at ₦2,000, plus a ₦500 Embgig service fee. The exact amount depends on the category, and you see it before you pay.

If the file isn't right

You can ask the digitizer who made it for one correction, within 14 days of delivery. For anything else, open a support ticket.

If nobody can take it on

We refund you in full, service fee included.

Your details stay private

Digitizers never see your contact details. All the work happens on Embgig.
